FIELD TRIPS & INDUSTRIAL VISIT
- Packages includes Transportation, Entry Fee, Organizing Charges and Guide Charges only.
- Additional food if required will be charged extra.
- We require a minimum of 45 students for every Trip.
- For 40 and 35 students, the rate will be increased to 10% and 20% respectively.
- WE ACCEPT ONE STAFF COMPLIMENTARY FOR EVERY 20 PAID STUDENTS.
- For all the Field Trips Distance Calculated from Bangalore GPO.
- For optional Trekking packages, Trekking charges and Forest Entry will be extra.
- The above packages includes use of resort facilities, breakfast, buffet lunch, evening snacks, party games, entertainments, prize distribution, entry fees and service charges.
- For the use of swimming pool students should forward a consent letter to the class teacher.
- Deluxe Packages will be available on request.
- WE ACCEPT ONE STAFF COMPLIMENTARY FOR EVERY 25 PAID STUDENTS.
- We require a minimum of 50 Pax for every trip.
- For 45 Pax and 35 Pax, the rates will be increased to 10% and 20% respectively.
- Students are advised to carry their own Swimming costumes (Compulsory for the use of Swimming Pool), Badminton Rackets, Ball, Bat, Etc.
- The above price does not include use of Billiards, Cottages, Virtual Reality games, Boating, Cycling, Skating, Pinball, Rope Activities etc. Cottages will be charged as per actuals. Payable games at Resort.
- Party games like Crossing the River, Spotting the Beauty, Treasure Hunt, Grouping, Queen of Sheba, One Minute Games, Water Relay, Tug of War, Dance Competitions, Bombing the City, Pairing, Joining the Hands and other Team Building Games will be organized as per requirement.
- Cartoon Shows / Movies and Magic Shows could be organized at extra cost.

- The above packages are inclusive of Transportation, Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, General Entry Fees, Forest Entry Charges, activities as mentioned above and Guide Charges.
- We require a minimum of 45 students for every Trip.

- WE ACCEPT ONE STAFF COMPLIMENTARY FOR EVERY 15 PAID STUDENTS.
- Mode of Payment: 50% Advance at the time of confirmation, Balance payment before the departure.
- Taxes will be extra as per Government Rules.
- For all the One Day Trips, the distance will be calculated from Bangalore GPO.
- The above Package includes Transportation (2nd Class Sleeper Journey on Student’s concession wherever Train journey is applicable). Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Dinner, Inter-State Taxes, General Entry Fee and Guide Charges.
- We require a minimum of 45 students for every Trip.

- Luxury packages will be available on request.
- The Tour cost includes: 2nd Class Sleeper Journey on student’s concession. Veg. Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea / Coffee, Dinner, Transfers, General Entrance Fees, Guide Charges, General Boating Charges, Water Park / Amusement Park Entrance Fees, State Taxes, Sight Seeing as per the programme by Special Coaches and Stay at ‘A’ Class / Deluxe Hotels on sharing basis.
- The Tour cost does not include: Optional tours, Travel Insurance, Camera Charges, Pony Charges, Speed Boat Charges, Laundry Expenses, STD calls from rooms & expenses of personal nature.
- The Tour cost includes: Economy Class Airfare, Visas, Airport Taxes, Immigration, American / Indian Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee, Dinner (Veg. / Non Veg.), General Entrance Fees, Sight Seeing as per the programme by A/C Deluxe Coaches, Accommodation on sharing basis in Luxury Hotels, English Speaking Guides & Service of our Tour Manager.
- The Tour/package does not include: Passport, Optional Tours, Laundry Expenses, ISD Calls from rooms, and Expenses of personal nature, Excess Baggage & Customs Clearance, any increase in Airfare, Land and Sea Arrangements.
DETAILED INFORMATION
SCOPE OF ACTIVITY
We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in this brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday, but because we only select and inspect them and have no control in running of them, we cannot be responsible for any delay, improper services provided by any independent agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any services provider of services, for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hotelier, airlines, shipping company, coach owner / coach operator who are the Company’s Independent Contractor arising outside our normal selection and inspection process.
We are also not responsible for the delay or deficiency in services provided by agency, airlines, transport, hotel, any provider of services, or / and any act or actions of co-traveller, co-passenger which may result in availing the services on the tour.
CANCELLATION RULES
Cancellations are effective on the date written intimation is received by the Tour In charge / School Office. Cancellation will not be received orally or over the phone. Refund if any will be settled within 21 days of the arrival of the Tour.
1. More than 25 days before the trip, 25% of the tour cost will be non-refundable.
2. 20 days before the trip, 40% of the tour cost will be deducted.
3. 15 days before the trip, 50% of the tour cost will be deducted.
4. 10 days before the trip, 75% of the tour cost will be deducted.
5. 3 days before the trip, 100% of the tour cost will be deducted.
6. Once the advance is paid and name is registered, the advance will be non-refundable.
POSTPONEMENT
Due to any reason the group tour is postponed to the next / forthcoming vacation, an additional postponement charge of 25% over and above the tour cost will be levied.
CHECKOUT
Participants must be checked out their rooms along with their baggage as per check out time given by the Tour Manager.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. We require a minimum of 45 students for any of the tour of your choice. For a group of 40 students & 35 students, the tour cost will be increased to 10% and 20% respectively.
2. We accept one staff member complimentary for every 10 paid students.
3. Special ticket will be provided for the Principal.
4. Campfire, Party games, Prize Distribution and other Entertainments will be organized during every tour.
5. Open Air Barbeque will be arranged on request.
6. Our Exciting tours would certainly enable the students to enrich their knowledge on our various aspects including cultural heritage of
different states, countries, etc.
7. Your valuable confirmation may kindly be forwarded at least 120 days before your proposed date of departure for all the advance
arrangements.
8. Outdoor activities will be organized on request with every domestic tour.
9. For International Tours, special Budget packages with budget accommodation will be provided as per request.
10. All care will be taken to ensure Safety and Security of your children in all aspects.
11. Domestic Tours: Special Air Fares could be worked out for selected sectors.
12. TAXES WILL BE EXTRA AS PER GOVERNMENT RULES.
13. Travel Insurance is not included but could be organised on request only if required at extra cost.
14. All the Cheques / DD should be drawn in favour of “AV Associates, Bangalore”.
